Kidz Night Out FAQ’s

 Who is sponsoring this event?

Rock Town Mobile Lazer Tag, a veteran owned and operated business. 

What is the cost?

The price will vary depending on the event and time you register.  Events can range from $15-25 per child per event. This cost includes every activity for that evening, excluding snacks and drinks. Parents can purchase concession tickets at registration. This will be a cashless system. Each child will need tickets to make any purchases at the concessions. No outside food will be allowed!

How can I register for an event?

In the spirit of convenience, we encourage everyone to pre-register online before online registration closes.  Pre-registration will close at noon on the day of the event  If you are unable to register online, no worries; we can register you onsite. 

Can some else pick up my child?

Yes, but only with prior authorization and proper identification.  We pride ourselves in protecting children and want to ensure their safety.  Therefore, if someone else is picking up your child, please indicate on the sign-in sheet upon dropping off your child. 

How can I request a refund?

We do not offer refunds.  No exceptions.  Admission and concession tickets are not transferable to future events.

Can I drop off my child?

Yes, once a child is registered we will have the appropriate staff to make sure kids are supervised at each station. Children can be dropped off anytime between the scheduled event times. Parents can pick up their child at anytime. Please note the event start and end times. A $1, per minute late fee will be assessed beginning 1 minute after the close of the event.  The late fee will be charged upon pick up.

Only authorized individuals with a government issued ID will be allowed to pick up a child. We are serious about security. 

My child has special needs/ food allergies.

We strive to accommodate every child.  Children must function in a group setting and not require 1 on 1 supervision. We cannot accommodate children who refuse to stay in a designated area or one whose behavior endangers themselves or others. Please discuss with your child which foods are acceptable for them to purchase & consume. 

Who will be supervising the children?

Many of our team members are current child care workers and school district employees with years of childcare experience. Each team member has had passed a comprehensive background check in accordance with DHS rules before volunteering.

Will there be security on site?

Of course! We wouldn’t dare host an event for kids, or otherwise without robust security. We are parents too! Local PD will be on-site for the entire evening.

Can I stay with my child? 

Parents are welcome to hang out in the parent’s zone which will be strategically located throughout the facility. While keeping other kids safe, parents will be able to watch their kids play and participate in the various activities. 

What activities will be available? 

The activities are endless and may vary depending on the theme. Events may include laser tag, an indoor playground, card games, kid appropriate music, board game challenges, dance competitions, video games, food, candy and crafts, just to name a few. Each child will be required to have close toed shoes to play Lazer Tag. The admission fee includes all activities.  Check the details of each event for specific activities.

Can I bring outside food?

No.  Concessions will be available for purchase.  We encourage you to purchase concession tickets ahead of the event. 

What type of concessions will be available for purchase and what is the price?

We will have drinks, candy and pizza for purchase.  Prices will range from .50 to $1.
